Olivia is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Tandem, a free marketplace for childcare. Tandem helps parents connect with babysitters that are vetted and hand-selected by Olivia herself. They’re able to provide the platform for free to sitters and parents thanks to their creative revenue model. Prior to co-founding Tandem, Olivia actually started her first company at the age of 11 (a summer camp for local kids).
