A Harvard graduate & an all around-brilliant individual, Greg Ubert takes us through the creation of Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea from ideation to present day. Greg’s idea started fairly simple with a go-to-market approach of wholesale distribution, but has since evolved to a somewhat “specialty coffee shop consultant” of sorts, by still focusing on the wholesale distribution of their products, but also providing a book (Sevens Steps to Success) that delivers a tried and true business plan for specialty coffee shops to find success. In addition, the company now has several retail coffee shops of their own in the Central Ohio area.
